What’s Not Included

  • While we offer extensive coverage, certain conditions and situations are not included in our policy:

    • Behavioral or psychiatric issues and routine grooming.

    • Commercial uses such as racing, guarding, or organized fighting.
    • Intentional harm caused by abuse or neglect.
    • Preventable conditions where advice from a vet was ignored.
    • House calls, boarding, and cages.
    • Food, supplements, and accessories.
    • Transportation beyond covered limits (land travel over 25 km or sea/air transit).
    • Natural death or death caused by diseases like avian influenza.
    • Organ transplants and certain experimental treatments.
